Family Workshop: Risograph

Climate Action Workshop at Studio Nona

01. Nov 2025 KL. 12:00 - 15:00

What are your thoughts on the climate crisis? What worries you, what actions do you want to take, and what gives you hope?

We will make postcards with drawings and collages, which will be printed using risography at Studio Nona. You can take what you make home with you, and we encourage you to share your thoughts with family and friends.

The workshop is free, you don’t need to bring anything, and no prior registration is required.

What is Risography?

Risography is a printing method characterised by strong colours printed layer upon layer, reminiscent of silk screen printing. The printing machine, on the other hand, looks more like a traditional photocopier. Risography was launched to streamline office life, but over the last twenty years it has become an attractive printing technique among artists and designers. In Norway, too, the associated community has really flourished.

The hosts of the family workshop, Benjamin Hickethier and Ann-Kristin Stølan, are, together with Jessica Williams, the founders of the Norwegian Risograph Association.
