Winter Holiday Workshop

Experience and explore the exhibition Hertervigs Mysteries and join a playful, imaginative workshop inspired by the 160-year-old paintings of Lars Hertervig!

Here, children and adults alike can explore materials, create their own jewelry, and make their very own versions of Hertervig’s motifs using collage techniques. We encourage curiosity, collaboration, and joyful creativity in a playful and inspiring space for the whole family.

For the youngest visitors, we offer building blocks, a magnetic wall, and other activities that invite free play and shared discovery. All activities encourage being together, trying something new, and having fun.

The workshop is led by art educator Anna Victoria Simensen Borgersrud.

Children participate together with adults.
