The Collection
Exhibited works from the museum's collections
The museum always displays a selection of works from its own collections. This summer, we are showcasing, among other things, parts of the Halvdan Hafsten Collection, a selection of works by Lars Hertervig and Olaf Lange, as well as a number of recent works by artists such as Jone Kvie, Sandra Vaka, Matt Bryans, Bill Viola and Iiu Susiraja. A larger selection of works from the museum’s collection, along with a significant number of loaned works by Frida Hansen and Kitty Kielland, can be seen in the exhibition From the Roots – Kitty Kielland & Frida Hansen until August 31.
